Because of this case, people start to be more aware about fast food will affect their health. Obesity cannot be underestimated. It can leads to many complications such as osteoarthritis, diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea and cardiovascular diseases. Of course when someone have serious problem with weight, they will become jokes by other people. Obesity is a serious problem. You should be aware about calorie that you consume daily. Normally a man consumes 1800 calories everyday and a woman consumes 1200 calories daily. If you consume more than that, it will leads to obesity.
