On October 15, 2009, avant-garde mens’ fashion company Boys’ Co celebrated 25 years in the world of fashion with a bash. Boys’ Co president David Goldman threw a spectacular party that featured a fashion show as well as live and silent auctions with all proceeds going to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Overweight Boys and Men – It’s No Longer Just A Woman Thing

www.myfatburningadvice.com The number of obese and overweight boys has doubled over the past ten years. The problem is fat boys tend to grow into fat men ,who have a tendency to die young. Being overweight is not just about being a target for cruel jokes and having low self esteem, but is also a health risk. There has been a marked increase in eight and nine year olds being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and this can lead to blindness, and even amputation. Much of this problem can be laid at the feet of advertisers who target young children, and apparently for every one pound spent on advertising healthy food, seventy-on is spent on “junk”. Since boys tend not to speak about being fat, there are few places to turn for help, and lack of physical exercise at home and school increases the problem. As boys get bigger and more unhappy, they often become comfort eaters and forget about exercise, because often it’s too embarrassing, and uncomfortable. It’s a vicious circle. However, it can be broken with the correct attitude. In order to burn the fat, lose weight and become healthier, you need to eat a sensible healthy diet and take more exercise.
