xplmr: Hi, i hv the exact same phone as u. I’ve disabld the widgets & just use the Windows Default Titanium shell. I’ve been thinking of downloading the SPB shell. My only concern is removing it if i decide i don’t like it. Can you explain how to remove it?

Yes it will, for sure. Install it, disable touchwiz 2.0, disable widgets or anything else on the Today screen. Its much, much better. And while your at it, get spb keyboard. Its the shit

I have it on my Omnia 2 i920 (Verizon CDMA Version) and have seen it working on the i8000 GSM version as well. This one program takes the Omnia 2 from a slow Windows Mobile phone to a contender of the current competition from HTC or Android. Download the free trial. It will not erase anything from your phone and can be completely removed if you don’t like it. If this SPB Mobile Shell hadn’t worked with my Omnia 2, I would have returned my phone for something else.

I’m wondering, if I install this on my omnia 2, will it be faster and all and more easy to work with?

Does it have threaded sms? Or is the UI unaffected?
Will the Swype cab not work on an omnia II (verizon) with the SPB installed?
